Dr. Eric Zhang works as Managing Director at CICC Research Department. As head of greater China property research in CICC, he’s in charge of the sector as well as the coverage of China property developers, services companies, and REITs listed in domestic China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Mr. Zhang has been dedicating in real estate research for more than 17 years. He ranked No.1 real estate analyst in Greater China in Institutional Investor and Asia Money Polling for several years. He’s Top 3 real estate analyst in 2017 All Asia Survey of Institutional Investor. Before joining CICC, he was dedicated in real estate academic research, and published a dozen of papers in real estate economic and finance areas in leading journals of the field. Mr. Zhang also participated in a couple of dozens research projects issued by Chinese governments (such as the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development) and developers.

Mr. Eric Zhang holds a PhD degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance from Tsinghua University. He was also a visiting scholar in finance area in Anderson School of Management, University of California at Los Angeles.
