Mr. Xingwei, the Party Secretary of bank association of China. He worked in finance and insurance regulatory authority for nearly 30 years. Mr. Xingwei got his Bachelor’s degree in Nankai University in 1989, and Ph.D in Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2000.
