Zhou and his team opened the door of China’s CMBS market by leading the very first transaction. Zhou is also known for his book, “CMBS: International Experiences and Chinese Practice,” published by the CITIC Press Group. In additional, Zhou is one of the few pioneering experts in C-REIT.
