Tsinghua PBCSF Global Finance Forum, focusing on the new thinking, new trends, new practices, and new dynamics of China’s financial reforms, is hosted by Tsinghua University, and organized jointly by Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance, Institute for National Governance and Global Governance, National Institute of Financial Research (NIFR), and Institute for Fintech Research (THUIFR).

Amid a slow recovery from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the world continues to confront multiple, inter-connected crises. The crisis facing development is still intensifying. While China is entering a new era in the year 2023, it is also a crucial year for the implementation of 14th Five-Year Plan, where we will continue to prioritize stability while pursuing progress, contribute to the new development dynamic, and strive to promote high-quality development and boost market confidence.

Focusing on perspectives of “China and the World”, “Reform and Policies”, and “Academics and Practices”, the 2023 Tsinghua PBCSF Global Finance Forum tries to discuss major issues in economic and financial fields, make suggestions for China's financial opening and global economic development, promote dialogue and exchanges, and achieve consensus and development at the same time.
