Mr. Zhou Maofei is the Secretary of Beijing Culture Investment and Development Group ( BCI) Communist Party Committee and Board Director of BCI. He holds a PhD degree in management and is a professor-level senior economist. He is awarded “Entrepreneur of Year 2017 in the Cultural Industry in China”, “Leader of Beijing Cultural Industry”, “Figure in China Economy of Year 2018”. Previous leadership positions Mr. Zhou Maofei held include Deputy Director General of United Front Work Department of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Director General of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Beijing Sub-council (CCPIT Beijing), Acting Governor and subsequently Governor of Shijingshan District, Director-General of State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality. Under his leadership, BCI was “30 Leaders in Chinese Cultural Industry”for three consecutive years and “30 Leaders of Beijing Cultural Industry” for two years. BCI is the first culture investor to be rated AAA in credit.
