Tsinghua PBCSF Global Finance Forum is hosted by Tsinghua University, and organized jointly by Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance, Institute for National Governance and Global Governance, National Institute of Financial Research (NIFR), and Institute for Fintech Research (THUIFR).
The Forum focuses on the new thinking, new trends, new practices, and new dynamics of China’s financial reforms, and seeks to address pressing issues from the perspectives of “China and the World”, “Reform and Policies” and “Academics and Practices”.
The world today is undergoing unprecedented changes. The global economy is still vulnerable, and the derivative risks brought by the shock of pandemic is not to be overlooked. 2021 marks a milestone in China’s promotion of modernization, from which China starts a new journey of development, following new development concepts and new development pattern. With the exploration on how to provide effective financial support to build the new development pattern, the 2021 Tsinghua PBCSF Global Finance Forum themes on “New Pattern, New Development, and New Finance”, and tries to deliberate on the current and future of China and world’s economy and finance under the pandemic.
