Zhang Jianhua, President, male, was born in March 1965. He is a PhD in management and a researcher, and receives the Government Special Allowance of the State Council. He served as Deputy Director and Director of the Financial Lease Company Supervision Division of the Non-bank Financial Institution Supervision Department of the PBC, Director of the Supervision Division III of the Non-bank Financial Institution Supervision Department of the PBC, Director of the Fiscal and Taxation Research Division of the PBC Research Bureau, Deputy Director-General of the PBC Financial Stability Bureau, Director-General of the PBC Research Bureau, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of PBC Hangzhou Central Sub-branch and concurrently Director-General of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange Zhejiang Branch, and Chairman, President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Rural Commercial Bank. He currently serves as President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hua Xia Bank.
