Ms. Lian Xia is CEO of Beijing Sunkiss Capital, an investment company focused on the culture and creativity industry.  She is also founder and CEO of Vista Education Technology which provides training programs and coaching services for senior executives in China.

Lian Xia used to be Assistant Dean of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, one of the top business schools in China. There she oversaw the school’s Executive MBA, Executive Education, DBA Program as well as Chuang Community which targets early-stage startups.  From 2001 to 2006, Lian Xia was a consultant with Monitor Group, the strategy consulting firm founded by Professor Michael Porter from Harvard Business School and worked on projects across a wide span of industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Telecom.

Lian Xia got her bachelor degree from the Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and EMBA from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.  She is now studying Executive Master in Change at INSEAD, a unique program integrating business education with a range of psychological disciplines.  Lian Xia is an executive coach and has been working with various companies in China to facilitate their innovation and transformation.
