Luo Chuan CEO and Chairman of Daokoudai.com, Serial entrepreneur，more than 20 years in IT and Internet Industry.

  Mr. Luo worked for Microsoft since 1994 to 2006. He was the Regional Director of MSN business in Greater China Region and the General manager of Microsoft online China Operation. He was the cofounded MySpace China with venture partners and NewsCorp in 2007 and served as CEO. Later, He joined China Mobile effort in starting up 139.com and served as COO.  In 2011, he cofounded AppChina.com. which is a leading App discovery engine. He is now the Chairman of AppChina. In 2014, Mr. Luo partipated the research effort in Fintech LAB of Tsinghua PBCSF (finance college) , and cofounded Daokouda.com, a FinTech startup focusing on Social Finance.  Mr. Luo graduated from Tsinghua University with Master Degree with Civil Engineering in 1994; he also received his EMBA from Tsinghua College of Economic Management in 2005.
