Ms. ZHU Jun is Chairwoman of the Silk Road Fund (the Fund). Before joining the

Fund, she worked for the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) from 1993 to 2022. She

served as Director-General of the International Department after taking various

roles in the Policy Research Office, the General Office and the International

Department.

Ms. ZHU is a Member of the Academic Committee of China Finance 40 Forum. She

has extensive experience in financial sector opening-up, global economic and

financial governance, international financial cooperation and regulation, as well

as international economic and finance. From September 2003 to December 2005,

she worked for the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) as an economist.

Ms. ZHU holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from

Peking University.
