Mr. Shane Zhang is currently the Chairman of Morgan Stanley Securities (China), Head of Investment Banking for Morgan Stanley Asia, and a Managing Director.

Mr. Zhang has worked at Morgan Stanley for approximately 30 years. He began his career at the firm in New York and was later based in Hong Kong, where he took overall responsibility for investment banking activities in Asia. He has led numerous landmark transactions involving state-owned and private enterprises, including initial public offerings, financings, and mergers and acquisitions, with an aggregate value of approximately US$200 billion.

Mr. Zhang holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
