Mr. Jia Jinpeng is currently the General Manager of the Technology R&D Department of Ping An Life Insurance Company of China, Ltd. He also serves as a standing member of the Insurance Technology Professional Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Group Standards Professional Committee of the Insurance Association of China, as well as Vice President of the Shenzhen Fintech Association. He was named the Best Chief Data Officer at the 2025 Global Data Management Summit.

Under his leadership, his team has received numerous domestic and international awards, including the Second Prize of the People's Bank of China's "2024 Financial Technology Development Award," the "Golden Tripod Practice Award" in the MIIT "Dingxin Cup" Competition, the Gold Award in the International "Qorus Insurance Innovation Competition," the "Science and Technology Award" of the Shenzhen Computer Society, a "DeepSeek+" Software Innovation Case by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), nine world championships at the International Committee on Computational Linguistics' "SemEval-2025 International Semantic Evaluation Competition," and an IDC China Financial Industry Technology Application Innovation Case.

Mr. Jia has contributed to the development of industry standards, including the "Trusted Open Source Compliance Capability Requirements" and the "Open Source Software Governance Capability Evaluation Method" group standard white papers for the China Communications Standards Association. He has over 20 years of experience in enterprise digital transformation, IT and architecture governance, and cross-industry solution design and system implementation.
