GUO Xiangyu is the Director of Research at Real Estate Finance Research Center, PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University.

He holds a Ph.D. in Real Estate Finance from the National University of Singapore and a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Fudan University. Prior to join Tsinghua, he served as an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Fudan International School of Finance (FISF).

Dr. Guo has extensive academic and policy research experience in real estate finance, urban renewal, and REITs. Bridging rigorous academic research with real-world application, he leads significant government and industry-backed initiatives. His insights are widely recognized across leading academic journals and prominent policy reports.
