Mr. Ge Liang graduated from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. He currently serves as a Board Director of Shanghai Innovation Bank, General Manager of the Science and Technology Finance Department at the headquarters of SPD Bank, and a Council Member of the Qiyuan State-owned Assets Innovation Source Public Welfare Fund. He is also the Director of the Corporate and Technology Finance Professional Committee of the Shanghai Banking Association. Mr. Ge Liang has been recognized as a Top Financial Talent under the Shanghai Dongfang Talent Program and serves as a member of the Investment Professional Committee of the Shanghai Young Entrepreneurs' Association.
