Enoch FUNG is the Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance (AoF) and the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary and Financial Research (HKIMR), the research arm of the AoF.

Mr. Fung joined the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in 2011, where he worked in areas including financial stability surveillance, market development, and international financial cooperation. In 2023, he was seconded from the HKMA to the Hong Kong Academy of Finance to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the HKMA, Mr. Fung was a Senior Economist at Goldman Sachs (Asia), specialising in macroeconomic and investment strategy research in the Asia-Pacific region.
