Mr. Ding Zhijie is the Director of the Research Institute, People’s Bank of China. He served as the Director of the Foreign Exchange Research Center, State Administration of Foreign Exchange. Previously he was Vice President and a professor at the University of International Business and Economics.

He has a Ph.D. in Economics and is an expert that receives Special Government Allowance from the State Council. His research focuses on international finance and development finance. He has authored over 100 academic papers and received multiple provincial and ministerial-level research achievement awards.
