As the founder of Yincubator (SEGA Ventures), an early-stage venture capital firm based in Singapore, Cynthia has invested in numerous leading deep-tech companies, shaping the future of the industry.
With extensive experience in portfolio management, product strategy, and go-to-market execution, Cynthia has held senior leadership roles in global tech giants such as Siemens, Nokia, and Microsoft. She has managed global portfolios valued at over $10 billion USD, spanning sales in more than 100 countries. Her expertise in commercializing innovation, navigating global market entry, and tech investment has made her
a trusted advisor and board member for deep-tech startups across Asia.
Cynthia holds an EMBA degree from Tsinghua PBCSF and an MBA from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. She has also completed executive programs at Wharton Business School and Stanford University, focusing on innovation and strategy.
As the co-author of The Smart Economy Globalization Handbook—a groundbreaking reference guide for Chinese companies expanding globally, published by the Economic Development Board of Singapore and PwC Singapore in 2021—Cynthia has been a thought leader in global tech innovation.
