Ms. Cui Li joined ZTE in 1999. She currently serves as Chief Development officer and Chief of Staff focusing on strategic business expansion, and the exploration and development of industry insights. 

    Ms. Cui has extensive experience in ICT technology and business. She has been working as Vice President of ZTE Corporation since 2005, successively in charge of the global strategic planning and marketing of CDMA products and wireless networks, integrated commercial and technical solutions, and corporate branding.

    Ms. Cui has a wealth of technical expertise and managerial experience in the globaltelecom industry. She was listed in Forbes China's "Women in Tech 2021", and named to Fortune China's Most Powerful Women in Business - Future List in 2021,2022,and 2023.

    Ms. Cui Li holds a master's degree in engineering from Southeast University and an EMBA degree from Tsinghua University.
