Mr. Zhu Jiancheng, graduated from Renmin University of China with a Master’s degree. He worked in the Ministry of Finance of China since 1995. In 2009, he was appointed by the Ministry of Finance to prepare for the establishment of the China Culture Industrial Investment Fund. The fund was established in July 2011 and Mr. Zhu Jiancheng served as the first Secretary-General to date.

  China Culture Industrial Investment Fund is the only state-level cultural industry investment fund in China, jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Finance and the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee. It shoulders the glorious mission of promoting the combination of Chinese cultural industry and financial capital and accelerating the strategy of cultural industry revitalization.
